Interiors and Home Staging

Verbal Staging:

The Verbal Staging includes an in-home walk and talk appointment during which I will create a detailed, room-by-room checklist of everything you can do to put your best foot forward for potential buyers. The Verbal Staging includes a full-home analysis of furniture arrangement, accessory placement, paint colors, fixture updates, renovation advice, direction on where to purchase additional decor or furnishings, curb appeal and more. All information will be presented to you in a detailed written report.


Interior Design/Re-design Consultation: 

The Interior Design consultation includes a two-hour in-home appointment during which I will answer your questions, provide advice and make suggestions on how you can make the most of your style.  As with verbal stating, this includes a full-home analysis of furniture arrangement, accessory placement, paint colors, fixture updates, renovation advice, direction on where to purchase additional decor or furnishings, curb appeal and more, with an initial design concept presented a few days after the consultation. 


Interior Design/Re-design: 

Travel, Management of project, negotiation with and hiring of contractors and vendors; and oversight and coordination of trades professionals, scheduling of deliveries and work to be done relating to project.   

Hands-on Home-Staging:


For a vacant home, this includes up to 90 days of furniture and accessory rental designed to professionally and tastefully stage the home for resale.  For occupied homes, I will come in and physically move furniture, pre-pack, make minor cosmetic needs (touch up paint, cleaning of the home, windows, etc) place accessories and transform your house into a showplace so it will appeal to a variety of buyers.

 Paint color Consultations

Elizabeth Poloski Design knows paint color.  We will visit you in your home to get an overview of all of the spaces, your lifestyle and the personality you wish to convey to create a flow of color throughout your home for an aesthetically pleasing space.

 We deliver creative and friendly first class service with premium products to our Wedding Design clients. We have an exquisite eye for overall aesthetics and an ability to provide properly sized arrangements that fulfil the goals of our clients.

Wedding Décor Package

Our Wedding décor packages start at $1,500 depending on type and quantity of decor.  These packages include table linens, centerpieces, backdrops, drapes, altar arrangements, chair covers, wedding arches, pew bows and more!

We deliver, set -up, take down, coordinate, arrange and install all décor allowing you to be able to enjoy your special day with your family and friends completely stress free!

Any of the packages below can be added on to and customized to fit your preferences.

Booking with Elizabeth Poloski Design Weddings includes approximately 50-100 hours of planning & coordination, décor design & preparation, 2-6 Wedding assistants to provide professional décor set-up & take down.
